Pink Eye

Poor Emma got a nasty bout of pink eye this weekend.  We went to a farm on Saturday morning, and after being home a few hours, Emma's eye got swollen and red.  I assumed it was an allergic reaction, and that she must have some type of animal hair in her eye.  (We have animal allergies that run in my family).  But, we ran to Urgent care on Saturday night and found out it was conjunctivitus.  So Emma and I spent Sunday cooped up indoors, surrounded by lots of hand sanitizer and relaxing time.  We did have fun at the farm, though.  Mini tractors, pony & train rides, horses, pigs, goats, birds,rope swings and a bouncy house...what more could we have asked for!
