Since we have 1:00 church now, we got up on Sunday morning, and went for a drive to the pass. Of course, it was cold, lots of snow, and just beautiful. We read scriptures on the way up, and it was a great way to start a Sunday (versus, our usual, laying in bed, big breakfast, and still just barely making it on time to church).

great idea. I might have to do something like this with the kids, without Mark since he is already gone to meetings. last week I was ready at 10:45 and yelling at Kiah to hurry and get upstairs and out the door and then she reminded me that we don't have church until 1. I was a bit early I guess. I like this idea though of getting out of the house for a nice drive. sounds relaxing and beautiful.
It's a nice way to start a Sunday. This morning, we just relaxed at home, and forgot about the time change, so we were an hour late to church! Whoops.
